The Service Representative positions are responsible for determining the customer's needs and requirements, handle all customer inquiries /complaints, and resolve disputes. As a Service Representative, candidates would persuasively promote the sale of products and/or services.


Some of the typical duties and responsibilities for this position include:


• Selling products/services on an initiated and/or demand basis in a competitive environment.

• Determining customer needs and requirements, and recommending optimum service

solutions to the customer.

• Activating customer services and/or features on a real time basis.

• Handling all customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.

Must Have Skills

•Strong customer service skills.

•Working knowledge of personal computers and various software applications.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and demonstrated flexibility to work in a constantly changing environment.
