The SaskTel Cellular Safety plan offer is subject to change or withdrawal without notice. The plan is available to new and existing customers. Customers of the plan
will be billed for any usage over 60 minutes per month at a flat rate of $1 per minute. A $25 fee applies to each new activation, change or upgrade of a device.

Fair Usage Policy: In order to ensure an optimal network experience for all customers, SaskTel reserves the right to reduce data speeds on all Data Plans for any customer who exceeds 10GB of usage during a single bill cycle. 200 MB out of province usage cap. Customers exceeding this threshold are charged 10¢/MB for additional usage.
A one-time $25 Activation fee applies to all new activations on the SaskTel network (will appear on first bill). These rate plans are not eligible for Add-a-Cell. Tethered Data can be added to the Talk, Text and Ultimate Data Plan upon request. Long distance rate for calls placed in Canada to anywhere in Canada or the U.S. – 25¢/min (U.S. roaming charges extra).
Note for BlackBerry® customers: The Talk, Text & Unlimited Data Plan is for devices with BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) only. Unlimited Instant Messaging available with BlackBerry Messenger only.
You can select to have the funds applied directly to you account or have the card mailed out to you. You can also switch to a new prepaid calling plan if you wish.
All sales are final. Cards will be activated when order is received, no future dating of card activations.
Anytime plan airtime rates: On any local call, the first 2 minutes are 25¢ per minute and 15¢ per minute thereafter.
Evenings and Weekend plan airtime rates: Local calls are 5¢ per minute from 6 p.m. weekday evenings until 7 a.m. the next morning, and all day Saturday and Sunday. Local daytime calls are 38¢ per minute.

The voice plan and data plan must have a contract term of the same length and same end date. Not available on BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Does not include email or internet access except for Facebook®, Twitter™ and MySpace®. The Facebook, Twitter, MySpace and Instant Messaging applications are Virtual Preloads accessed via an icon downloaded to the device when activated.

Through SaskTel partnerships with wireless carriers across Canada, you have access to wireless coverage throughout Canada. While traveling in Canada, you have access to the same services as at home, including, but not limited to, voice, data, voice mail, text messaging and most other calling features.
4G Network
The 4G network enables you to use your 4G phone on similar GSM and 4G networks across Canada where SaskTel has established roaming agreements with other 4G compatible network providers (i.e. Bell, Telus).

CDMA Network
EV-DO devices will operate on the EV-DO network where available in Canada. Where not available, these devices will revert to the 1X network. 1X devices use 1X service in Bell / Bell West, MTS, Telus and Aliant 1X coverage areas in Canada. There are no special or extra charges for roaming.
